As photos of the Cowboys' benches at FedEx area surfaced, lots of were left wondering why the team brought its very own benches to Washington.

Ahead of Sunday's game versus Washington, pictures of the Cowboys' custom-made white benches with their logo design plastered on them emerged.

" It's a BYOB event," Rich Eisen claimed on the NFL GameDay program. "Bring Your Own Benches.".

So why did the Cowboys bring their very own benches to FedEx Field?

According to a report from ESPN, the Cowboys heard from the Seattle Seahawks-- who played in Washington on Nov. 29-- that the hot seat benches offered them at FedEx Area maintained going out throughout the game.

In the Cowboys game on Sunday, game-time temperature level was a crisp 48 degrees with the winds coming from the west at 11 miles per hour.

Upon hearing this, the Cowboys rented out a set of benches from a firm in Ohio, sideline reporter and The Dallas Morning News contributor Kristi Scales reports.

The logo designs were a reward supplied by the rental firm, the Cowboys did not request them.

" Yeah, I'm not always locked in on the name unemployed," Dak Prescott said. "They were great benches. They were heated. They did the act and also did what we needed to do to ensure that's why we brought them in.".
